Hon. Taaju Abdu Rahim continued his familiarization tour to the people of Dwene Ho, Tailor K)p3 and its enclaves. The exercise took place on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. As part of his initiative the Hon. DCE embarked on this tour to introduce himself and Heads of Departments to Chiefs, Traditional Leaders, Assembly Members and Residents he will be serving.
It also aimed at strengthening collaboration between the District Assembly and local communities for effective policy implementation and development planning.
The DCE used this exercise to inspect ongoing infrastructural projects and identify local issues such as poor road networks, water scarcity, educational, health deficits and more.
He also gave audience to the residents and Traditional leaders to voice out their concerns and development priorities. Notable among them were Poor road network, electricity, day-care school, and potable water.
The community were much enthused about Honourable’s visit, since this was the first time any Political Head or DCE has visited the community to engage with the people.
Hon Taaju Abdu Rahim assured them of Government supports and commitment to addressing their concerns within available resources.
