The Hon DCE for Birim South District, Hon. Taaju Abdu Rahim, invited the Commander and Management of the Forestry Department to address issues regarding Forest Reserves encroachment and Land Litigations between Chiefs, Opinion Leaders and People of Apoli, Aduasa and its environs.
Together with the DCE were section of DISEC and the Coordinating Director, Chiefs, Elders, Opinion Leaders etc.
The Commander together with Her Management addressed the concerns of the affected individuals and explained to them the ways of the Forestry Department, and how to safeguard the forest reserves, not leaving out punitive measures for recalcitrant ones who vows to defy their orders.
