Letter should indicate: • Present location • Purpose of request • Contact/ Address of applicant • Type of disability • Vetting of applicants • Disbursement of funds to successful applicants |

Child Maintenance and Welfare |
• Make a verbal/written complaint to the Department
• The Department issues summons to both the complainant and defendant to appear before a Committee • The Panel Committee sits on the case and settles it • Dissatisfied party may make an appeal or seek redress at the courts of law. |
